Contact with Ora ~ Body & Soul must be made within 7 days of instore purchase dated on receipt or within 14 days of the shipping date for online purchases.

 

Only items purchased at Ora ~ Body & Soul or on the Ora ~ Body & Soul website can be returned for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided for a return or refund to be processed.

 

Should you make an error when ordering online, Ora ~ Body & Soul will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images emailed to Ora ~ Body & Soul of the damaged item to crowe.hayley@yahoo.com.au
