At Ora ~ Body & Soul, your safety, satisfaction, and comfort are our highest priorities. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Appointment Policy
Your Appointment Time

Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

For eyelash extensions, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Time spent cleaning lashes will reduce your treatment time.

Late arrivals may shorten your service, but the full cost still applies.
Cancellations, Late Reschedules & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
-
Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

A one-time grace is provided for any late cancellation or reschedule for any reason. Beyond this, standard fees apply.
2. Sickness or Family Emergency

Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household is unwell or contagious.

A one-time last-minute reschedule is allowed for illness or emergencies. After that, standard cancellation fees apply.

If you arrive visibly unwell, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
3. Clients with Existing Lash Extensions

If you have lash extensions from another salon, they may need to be removed and reapplied for safety and quality reasons.

This will be assessed and discussed before your service.

Standard removal and full set fees apply if a new set is required.
4. Online Booking Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking online.

You must register to use our booking system. You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure.

You may book for someone else (e.g. family), but you remain responsible for those appointments.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to our booking system at our discretion.

All use of our booking system is subject to these policies.
5. Refunds & Returns

Contact us within 7 days for in-store purchases, or 14 days for online purchases.

Only items purchased directly from Ora ~ Body & Soul (in-store or online) are eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items must be unopened and in original condition.

If you receive the wrong item, do not open it. Contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

For damaged items, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

Return shipping costs due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Policy for Services

Your payment covers the therapist’s time, expertise, and professional products.

No refunds are issued for services or products.
-
If you’re dissatisfied, contact us within 72 hours to discuss your concerns.

If the issue is due to a fault in the service or product, we may offer a complimentary 30-minute correction appointment.

Concerns raised after 72 hours, or resulting from improper aftercare, will require a full-priced appointment.
7. Waiver of Liability
Eyelash Extensions

Eyelash extensions carry potential risks like irritation, allergic reactions, or natural lash damage.

Despite professional care, reactions can occur, and medical attention may be required at your own cost.

By receiving services, you agree to release Ora ~ Body & Soul and your therapist from any liability related to adverse effects.
All Beauty Services

All beauty services carry potential risks including discomfort or allergic reactions.
-
If you experience irritation or reactions, seek medical attention immediately.

By receiving any service, you agree to indemnify Ora ~ Body & Soul and your therapist from any claims related to your treatments.
8. Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, and booking history.

Payment information is processed securely by trusted providers and is not stored by Ora ~ Body & Soul.
