SHIPPING AND PROCESSING: 

Shipping method is via Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes. 

All orders to be shipped will incur a $19.95 shipping and processing fee to cover the costs of shipping, processing and packaging expenses.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address provided after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Any special instructions are to be advised during the ordering process. Ora ~ Body & Soul will do its utmost to comply with any special instructions by may not always be possible.

Orders will be processed during Salon hours only.

 

TRACKING ORDERS:

All orders shipped with Australia Post automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at crowe.hayley@yahoo.com.au

DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post service but depending on location it is usually within 2-7 days.

 

IMPORTANT:

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images emailed to Ora ~ Body & Soul of the damaged item to crowe.hayley@yahoo.com.au
